Maintenance Issues & Out Of Hours Emergencies
Your Home Managed has partnered with Help Me Fix to provide maintenance and out-of-hours emergency service, connecting tenants directly with a tradesperson over video.
You can use the service 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a week. We will receive a copy of the engineer’s report and be able to act on the information you have provided to them, where necessary.
To use the service, please select the "connect with an engineer" button or scan the QR code, then enter your email address for identification. You will then be asked to confirm the issue type and taken through some checks before connecting. You will be able to speak with someone within minutes to discuss and review the issue.
This service is designed to get your emergency or maintenance issue handled quickly and efficiently. The engineer will help you to triage your issue and, if possible, assist you in fixing it under supervision. If the issue requires a physical visit, this process will cut your waiting time by providing photos and a full report to our management team, so our contractors can arrive with parts and “first fix” the problem, reducing the time it will take to complete a full repair.
If required, the video engineer can dispatch a physical emergency contractor when our offices are closed.
